All customers are responsible for reading and understanding these terms of service on each occasion that the services of UnlockBlackberry are utilized, and usage of the services of UnlockBlackBerry.com signify the acceptance of customers to be bound by the Terms of Service.
At UnlockBlackBerry we strive to satisfy our customers with excellent service. Our services are among the fastest in the industry. Following payment, your BlackBerry unlock code is emailed to you within a few minutes. If you do not receive your unlock code, please check your junk/spam mail folders. If you still cannot find your email containing your unlock codes, please email us and we will respond asap. All of our unlocking services are performed with your satisfaction in mind. Our services provide safe and reliable methods of unlocking your BlackBerry device. However, please understand that you use our services at your own risk and we are not liable for any damage that may occur to your device due to improper usage.
Here at UnlockblackBerry, we are able to unlock ALL BlackBerry models, including the latest BlackBerry phones. In the rare event that an unlock code cannot be generated for your particular device, a full refund will be issued. We unlock BlackBerries 99.9% of the time, but there are rare circumstances in which sometimes we are unable to unlock a phone. If this occurs, we will work hard to determine the cause of the problem and find an solution asap. If we can't find a solution, we will issue a refund. Customers are always responsible for providing the correct order information for their BlackBerry. Refunds will not be provided for purchases in which incorrect information. If an order is placed with incorrect information, you will need to cotnact us with the correct information in order to receive the correct unlock code. Refunds will not be provided in circumstances where an unlock code is purchased for a BlackBerry that is already unlocked. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that his or her BlackBerry device is not already unlocked prior to purchasing an unlock code. Please allow up to a week from the date of the refund being issued for the refund to appear in your account.
